Do you offer multiple dog discounts for boarding?
Yes, we do! We offer a discounted rate of $20 per dog (regularly $25) when you board three or more dogs with us. Please note that this offer cannot be combined with our long stay discount.
Do you Offer long stay discounts?
Yes, we do! Our long stay discount provides $5 off per dog—bringing the rate down to $20 per dog per night (regularly $25)—for stays of more than 7 days. Please note that this discount cannot be combined with the multiple dog discount.
How do you charge?
We charge per night for each dog’s stay, meaning a nightly rate applies for every night your dog or dogs are with us.
Is there a pickup deadline?
Yes! Our pickup deadline is 6:00 PM. If you're unable to make it by then, that's okay—we’re open until 8:00 PM, but a $15 late pickup fee will apply.
What payments do you accept?
We accept payments via card, cash, Venmo, Zelle, and Cash App for your convenience.
What shots specifically do my dogs need?
We require up-to-date DHPP, Bordetella, and Rabies vaccinations. Records can be emailed to us in advance, or we can make a copy for you upon arrival.
Do i need to fill anything out?
All that’s required is a contract completed upon arrival, which remains valid for one year.
